Cookies and local storage
The site itself does not set tracking cookies. It saves your volume setting in your browser's local storage, and that value never leaves your device. Third parties named below (Google and YouTube) may set cookies or use similar technologies when you visit.
Track ratings
If you rate a track, the site signs you in anonymously with Google Firebase Authentication. This creates a random ID and stores it in your browser (IndexedDB/local storage). No name, email, or account is needed. Your vote (up or down) is saved in Google Cloud Firestore under that random ID, and the vote totals are public. Firebase processes data as described in the Firebase privacy information. Clearing your browser data removes the ID from your device.
Google advertising (AdSense)

YouTube embeds
Videos play through the official YouTube IFrame Player. When the player loads, YouTube (Google LLC) may set cookies, collect data about your device and viewing, and show its own ads, under the Google Privacy Policy and the YouTube Terms of Service. We do not control the data YouTube collects.
Server logs
Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and operations.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13.
